The item did arrive, but shipping was slower than I expected. It kind of felt like it sat around for a bit before actually moving, which was a little frustrating.

My order did arrive fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on with the delivery, which was a bit frustrating. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the communication had been clearer while I was waiting.

Placing my order was quick and painless (which I always appreciate). No issues, no hassle, just a smooth checkout from start to finish.

The site showed the item was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it, only to find out later the inventory was wrong. It wasted my time, and what made it more frustrating was having to explain the same issue over and over like no one was actually paying attention

I was about to order a few metal pieces from kingmetals.com, but the shipping cost made me stop. The website seemed to suggest one thing while I was browsing, then the total at checkout felt like a completely different story, so I wasn’t sure what to believe.

I know metal isn’t exactly light and shipping it probably isn’t cheap, but it still felt way too high for what I was getting. In the end, I just backed out because the shipping made the whole order feel not worth it.

I ordered a few metal pieces from King Architectural Metals, and everything showed up just like I had selected online... the sizes were right, the items were right, and that was the main thing I was hoping for.

The packaging was fine too. Nothing looked missing, nothing was mixed up, and I checked the invoice just to be sure... it all matched up.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping updates could’ve been a little clearer, but as far as the actual order goes, it was accurate and there weren’t any real issues.

I felt like the prices were high compared to a few other places I looked at. Once shipping and the extra fees were added in, it got even harder to justify. The quality was okay, I guess, but for the total cost, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

Maybe it’s fine if you already know the exact item number, but if you’re just browsing, forget it. I got fed up because the site made a simple task frustrating, so I left and bought somewhere else

I was disappointed when my order showed up with a bent piece and a small defect. I sent over some photos, and to their credit, they replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making me jump through hoops. It’s frustrating when something arrives damaged, but at least they handled it the right way.

I’m a contractor, my gut reaction after dealing with their support was that something just wasn’t clicking. I had questions about a quote and some product specs, but getting clear answers took way too much back and forth. It ended up slowing down my job more than I expected, which is frustrating when you’re trying to keep a project moving.
I’m not giving a low rating just to be harsh, but as a contractor, I need suppliers who are easy to reach and can give straight, confident info. Based on this order, I’d be cautious about using them again unless their support gets a lot more responsive...

The box was half crushed, and some of the metal pieces were basically rubbing against each other with barely any padding. Nothing major was missing, but a few edges had scratches that definitely could’ve been avoided. It kind of had that feeling like no real person actually looked it over before sending it out. For the price, I expected a lot better.

It’s usable for my project, but I did feel a bit underwhelmed when I opened it

I was hunting for a few railing parts and smaller metal pieces, and kingmetals.com did have a solid amount to choose from. That said, it took me longer than I expected to track down the exact items I needed, and some of the product photos weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that part was fine, but the browsing experience could definitely be better.
